Who are Classic Concepts?

Classic Concepts is a proudly Australian owned, operated & established in 1959. Our products are developed in Australia with a wide range of stocked & special order items available. We are a member of APPA (Australasian Promotional Products Association) so you can rest assured you are dealing with a qualified & professional organisation.

Are all your products leather?

Not at all! We use a number of different materials such as fabrics, leather look, bonded leather as well as real leather. This allows us to provide items to fit almost any budget. Remember, you don’t need to spend a million bucks to have an item that looks the part!

Can I easily decorate your products?

Yes, our products are developed with decoration in mind. We’d always suggested discussing your needs with your decorator & don’t forget, have your artwork in the appropriate vector graphics format.

Does Classic Concepts provide decoration services?

Yes, we provide a wide range of decoration options on our items including, embossing, foiling, pad printing & laser engraving both locally & offshore.

What is the Express Offshore Service all about?

We run a select number of designs (Article numbers begin with “XP”) in stock offshore allowing us to provide minimums as low as 50pcs with turnaround in just 3-4 weeks including decoration. This is a great option which minimises overall costs while not effecting the turnaround time greatly – It pays to plan ahead!

Can I customise your designs?

Yes, although we have designs that cater for most applications, should a specific feature or design element be required we are able to provide this*.

What if I can’t find the design I am looking for?

This is no problem! If you are after a specific design / full development item we can provide it for you. Be it in leather look, genuine leather or even specific colours & materials, there is no limits to what we can create*.

*Minimum quantities apply depending on materials required. Turnaround times range from 6-12 weeks.
